Who are you without your work?

For many of us, work has become tightly intertwined with identity. Titles, output, and achievement start to stand in for who we are, often without us realizing how much of our self-worth has been routed through what we do.

I’ve experienced this myself, and I hear it often from others: when work shifts, slows down, or no longer fits, it can leave people questioning parts of themselves they once felt certain about.

As the nature of work continues to evolve, separating who we are from what we do becomes increasingly important. I’m currently designing a workshop to help people explore that separation in a practical way. I’m also considering an ongoing monthly series where we would unpack this topic over time through questions, tools, research, and conversation.

Before finalizing either format, I’d like to understand what would feel most useful to people who are thinking about this right now. If this topic matters to you, I’d appreciate you sharing a bit about what you’d want from a workshop or ongoing group. Your input will help shape what gets created.

I’m collecting insights from people who are thinking about identity beyond work. Your responses will help shape the format and focus of what comes next.

I'll only email you based on what you're interested in above.
