You know how this goes.
The First 90
Week two, you say yes to something you shouldn't have. Week five, you're staying late “to get ahead of it.” Week nine, you've rebuilt the exact dynamic you swore you'd left behind. The First 90 is 90 days of 1:1 work to catch the pattern before it catches you — and prove yourself without paying for it with your evenings, your health, or your relationships.

That pattern doesn't announce itself. It looks like being helpful. It looks like being dependable. It looks like doing the thing you're good at, the way you've always done it — until three months in, you're exhausted, invisible in the ways that actually matter, and quietly furious at yourself for letting it happen again.
A new role — or a role you're done repeating the same pattern in — is the moment you have the most leverage to do things differently. It's also the moment it's hardest to trust yourself.
This is for you if you're
- Starting a new job
- Back from leave
- Just learned of another re-org or manager change
- Done repeating the pattern with the same results
By day 90 you are trusted in the role and you have not paid for it with your evenings, your health, or your relationships. You know what success means here because you defined it. You have a 30/60/90 plan you are executing. And you have already held a boundary out loud, in the moment it was tested, without it costing you.
Who this is for
You're the person who already knows how to perform well at work. You've done it many times before. You also know what that performance costs: less time with your kids, canceled plans with friends, exhaustion not fixed by sleep. You want this win to cost you less than the last one did.
Who this isn't for
If you want a generic onboarding checklist, there are cheaper ways to get one. This is for people who already know the plan isn't the hard part. Staying like yourself while you execute it is.
If you've already tried to fix this yourself
A planner. A morning routine. A decision framework. Maybe even a coach or therapist who wasn't quite the right fit. Each one held for a while, until the moment actually arrived: the request landed, the meeting got tense, the old pattern took over anyway. In this program, you get someone alongside you, making sure you actually hold the new patterns you're building, in real time, when it counts.
Eight sessions, held every two weeks across your first 90 days.
Ground yourself before you start performing.
We define what success means to you in this role, on your terms. We name your patterns going in: where you're most likely to over-function, over-commit, or go quiet when you should speak up.
You leave with — A clear, personal definition of success for this role, and a map of your own early-warning signs.
Do the work, catch the patterns in real time.
This is the core of the 90 days. We build your 30/60/90 plan together, anchored to your patterns and default ways of working. We map your stakeholders with a filter for what's a reasonable ask versus what pulls you back into old habits. And when a request lands mid-week and your instinct is to say yes, you bring it to session and we work through it together, while there's still room to choose your response.
You leave with — A working 30/60/90 plan, a stakeholder map with clear filters for each relationship, and practiced language for holding a boundary in the moment it's tested.
Review, and build what comes after.
We check two things: how you landed the role, and how you held onto yourself while doing it. We define your commitments going forward, and we build the support system that holds them, through continued coaching with me, or through people already in your life.
You leave with — A 90-day review, a written set of commitments, and a support plan for the months after.
Eight 50-minute sessions
1:1, entirely personalized to you.
Email between sessions
Support throughout the 90 days.
I keep the notes
Progress, decisions, ongoing experiments, your definition of success, your values.
You just show up
Nothing to organize or track. You work the program.

Workplace Training
Burnout doesn't just cost the person carrying it — it costs the business, in turnover, disengagement, and work that stops getting done well. Live sessions, built around the same patterns The First 90 addresses 1:1, adapted for a room and aimed at what changes for the team.
- Retain your best people before burnout pushes them out the door
- Teams that hold boundaries without slowing down delivery
- Give managers the language to catch overload before it becomes attrition
